Salt Lake City Corporation Request for Proposal (RFP)
TITLE: Community Energy Engagement
BRIEF DESCRIPTION: Salt Lake City Corporation is soliciting competitive sealed proposals from qualified Organizations to support the City’s Sustainability Department by leveraging existing research to develop and then lead a successful pilot project to engage the City’s west side neighborhoods and inspire uptake of energy efficiency and conservation measures.
The project will include both household and business engagement activities that can be informed by preliminary research and engagement already completed.
The City intends to enter into a two year agreement, with the potential for up to three one year extensions, with an Organization that has strong capabilities in community engagement and an understanding of how to inspire behavior change, including implementation of energy-saving measures.
