  This is your friendly reminder to dispose of heavy materials like rocks, dirt, and sod in the garbage container only!

  To continue to provide reliable and high-quality service, the Sustainability Department is proposing a 12% fee increase for residential garbage container sizes for Fiscal Year 2024. If approved by the City Council, these fees would take effect in July 2023.

  Join the Friends of the Salt Lake City Cemetery at their Post-Memorial Day Clean Up. Volunteers will remove and sort Memorial Day decorations to help divert green waste and plastic from the Landfill.
